Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully, as they contain important information about your legal rights, remedies, and obligations. By accessing or using Cyber Career Consulting (“CCC”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between you and Cyber Career Consulting Ltd governing your access to and use of the Cyber Career Consulting website and all associated services (collectively, “CCC Services”).

When these Terms mention “Cyber Career Consulting,” “we,” “us,” “our,” or “CCC,” it refers to Cyber Career Consulting Ltd, registered in England and Wales.

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

1. Scope of Cyber Career Consulting Services

1.1. Career Coaching Services

1.1.1. Cyber Career Consulting provides a range of cybersecurity and technology career coaching services (“Coaching Services”) that registered users (“Clients”) can purchase on cybercareerconsulting.com.
1.1.2. Coaching Services are delivered by qualified cybersecurity professionals and career coaches (“Coaches”) engaged by Cyber Career Consulting.
1.1.3. Clients may purchase individual coaching sessions or package sessions through the website by following the respective booking and payment process.
1.1.4. The total price (“Total Price”) will be displayed before purchase. Clients agree to pay the Total Price as part of the transaction.
1.1.5. Upon confirmation of payment, a legally binding agreement is formed between the Client and Cyber Career Consulting.
1.1.6. Package purchases may be redeemed within a specified period stated at the time of purchase.
1.1.7. Cyber Career Consulting does not guarantee (i) the availability or suitability of any specific Coach or session, (ii) the accuracy of any testimonial, review, or comment, or (iii) the performance or results of any individual or organization.

1.2. Online Courses and Resources

1.2.1. Cyber Career Consulting may offer online training, masterclasses, templates, and downloadable resources (“Courses”).
1.2.2. Purchase grants a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.
1.2.3. This license automatically terminates if the Client violates any of these Terms, at which point all downloaded materials must be deleted or destroyed.

1.3. Corporate and Institutional Services

1.3.1. Cyber Career Consulting offers corporate training, consulting, and cybersecurity upskilling programs for organizational clients (“Clients”).
1.3.2. Corporate clients will be subject to specific agreements. In case of inconsistency, those agreements take precedence over these Terms.

2. Eligibility and User Verification

2.1. Access to certain CCC services may be subject to eligibility criteria, including payment completion or suitability screening.
2.2. CCC is not responsible for verifying user identities and does not guarantee the authenticity of user information.

3. Modification of Terms

Cyber Career Consulting reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of CCC Services after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

4. Account Registration

4.1. You may be required to create an account (“CCC Account”) to access coaching or digital content.
4.2. You must provide accurate and current information and are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
4.3. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

5. Intellectual Property and Content

5.1. All website content, materials, and intellectual property belong to Cyber Career Consulting Ltd.
5.2. You may not copy, distribute, or use any CCC content for commercial purposes without express written permission.
5.3. By submitting testimonials, feedback, or materials to CCC, you grant CCC a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that content for promotional or educational purposes.

6. Booking, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

6.1. Coaching sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled by emailing contact@cybercareerconsulting.com.
6.2. If cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled session, the session is deemed completed and non-refundable.
6.3. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a session may be rescheduled at no charge.
6.4. Refunds for unused coaching packages may be issued within 30 days of purchase, subject to administrative review.
6.5. Refunds are not available for completed sessions, downloadable materials, or online courses once accessed.

7. Reviews and Feedback

7.1. Clients may submit reviews or testimonials. These reflect personal opinions and not those of CCC.
7.2. Offensive, defamatory, or misleading reviews may be removed.
7.3. Clients may not manipulate or solicit fake reviews.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use CCC services for illegal, misleading, or commercial solicitation purposes.

  • Attempt to bypass payment systems.

  • Upload or share offensive, defamatory, or copyrighted material.

  • Engage in any activity that disrupts the website or harms CCC’s reputation.

Any violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

9. Termination

CCC may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms or misuse of services.
You may cancel your account or services at any time by emailing contact@cybercareerconsulting.com.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyber Career Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability to any Client shall not exceed the total fees paid to CCC in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cyber Career Consulting, its directors, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. General Provisions

13.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Cyber Career Consulting.
13.2. If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
13.3. Failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver.
13.4. You may not transfer or assign these Terms without written consent.
